Last Thursday morning, January 16, 2025, XPD Company organized a special workshop with Ms. Anna Nguyen, CEO as a speaker with the topic “Personal development and open-mindedness in cash flow management”. The company’s employees had the opportunity to learn valuable experiences from Ms. Anna’s personal development journey, as well as lessons from the book “Systemic thinking at work” by Steven Schuster.<\/span><\/p>\n

According to Ms. Anna, personal development is a very important factor in each person’s career and life. Continuously learning, engaging and seeking opportunities are decisive factors that help each individual improve themselves. Ms. Anna shared about how to build positive habits such as reading, exercising, practicing positive thinking and maintaining a healthy diet. In addition, financial planning, time management and relationships are also emphasized, in order to create a solid foundation for long-term personal development.<\/span><\/p>\n

Open-mindedness is the key to helping each individual overcome their own limits and achieve success. Open-mindedness helps enhance creativity, solve problems flexibly, and adapt quickly to change. In life, open-mindedness also helps expand relationships, discover new things and reduce stress. Ms. Anna talked about how to practice open-mindedness through reading books, interacting with people with different perspectives, trying new things and learning from mistakes.<\/span><\/p>\n

In addition, Ms. Anna will also share strategies for managing personal debt and how to choose the right form of investment based on each person’s financial goals and risk tolerance.<\/span><\/p>\n
